Most people still ask us the same question:

“How many mg of everything is in your products?”

And honestly… we understand why.

Because we’ve all been taught to think about nutrition through numbers, labels, and synthetic vitamins made in a lab.

But then Rita emailed us this:

“I’m thinking about health and nutrition in a completely different way now!”

And that’s exactly it.

At some point, you realize:
Your body was never designed to live off isolated nutrients made in a factory.

Real nourishment doesn’t work like that.

You don’t ask:

  • how many mg of EPA/DHA are in a salmon filet
  • how many IU's of vitamins A & D are in an egg
  • or how many mcg of B12 is in a steak

Because your body recognizes food differently than it recognizes synthetic vitamins.

Whole foods come complete.

They contain:

  • cofactors
  • enzymes
  • naturally balanced nutrients
  • and everything the body needs to absorb and use them properly

This is why whole food nutrition behaves differently than isolated synthetic supplements.

Research continues to show that nutrients consumed through whole foods are better regulated and utilized by the body than isolated synthetic forms.

One review published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition noted that food-based nutrients work within a complex nutritional matrix that influences absorption and biological function in ways isolated vitamins cannot fully replicate.

And this is exactly why we formulated Wild Mamas the way we did.

Wild bison organs.
Wild salmon roe.

Real nourishment.

Not synthetic copies.

Not isolated fractions.

Food.

Dr. Heather explained it beautifully in her response to Rita:

“You’re trying to measure real food with a system that was created for synthetic vitamins made in a lab.”

And then Rita replied:

“Everything you explained makes so much sense… Yahweh’s design is truly perfect.”

That’s the shift.

That’s when people finally stop taking a lab-made multivitamin “just in case.”

Because they finally understand:
Your body already knows what to do with real food.

And nature has always known.
