As with all Wild Mamas soaps, this bar is free from synthetic fragrances, dyes, and harsh surfactants, supporting a healthy skin microbiome while offering a clean, grounding wash that feels restorative and safe for sensitive skin. All real soap is made with lye—it’s what transforms oils into a cleansing bar. We use only food-grade lye, and after our six-week curing period, none remains in the final bar. What’s left is a pure, gentle, nourishing soap.

Tallow is an animal fat (suet) rendered from the bison. Our ancestors used it for centuries because they inherently knew of its moisturizing and healing properties. Tallow is rich in fatty acids, essential for healthy skin. Loaded with vitamins A, D, E, and K, as well as CLA and antioxidants, tallow nourishes and protects our skin like nothing else!
