Teeming with vitamins D, E, K, B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B7 (biotin) B9 (folate), B12, C, copper, iron, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, and zinc, it is literally the ultimate superfood. Liver is one of the few dietary sources of bioavailable vitamin K2 (menaquinone, not to be confused with K1, phylloquinone, the much less bioavailable, plant-based version) and hyaluronic acid.
